Under 200!!! WAHOOO!
I've been away for the last few weeks and also away from a scale. I thought I was probably under 200 by now and, in fact, I'm 195. Still about 40 pounds to go but what a feeling to see that digit change.
I have an incredible work day (in the bad sense) ahead setting up the new company I am starting, a sort of make or break kind of day. But I just had to stop in to share the joy of this. (And by the way how was your vacation, Joy, ha).
And now the final push on these 40 lbs. So hard to believe the scale keeps moving down.

-272, my alltime high when I freaked and planned the surgery
-195 (let's see, what's 272 - 195, why 77 lbs.)
Congrats! That is so great.
When you say that it is so hard to believe that the scale keeps moving down -- I can so identify with that. Nothing worked like this before and I have this underlying fear that I will not lose all of the weight -- but the scale keeps on moving. This surgery has been such a blessing in my life.
Good luck to you -- that last 40 will be gone in no time flat!!
