I'M SO SURPRIZE I ARRIVED TO THE 230 POUNDS TODAY. I WENT TO MY MONTHY CHECK-UP APOINTMENT, I WAS WEIGHT I DIDN'T WANT TO LOOK HOW MUCH I'M WEIGHTING , I WAS SO SCARE I DON'T FEEL I'M LOOSING SO MUCH. I KNOW MY CLOTHS ARE SO LOOSE ON ME. I'M DOWN FROM A SIZE 30 - 32 TO 22-24 . I'M USING 42 C BRA , I WAS 48 D . I'M HOPING TAKE NEW PIC'S SOON SO I CAN SEE MY CHANGE.

Congratulations on your weightloss.. I know you feel about feeling your not loosing soo much weight cause i feel like that all the time I went to the dr yesturday and i weighed in at 188 I didn't want to look at the scale eather so but i'm sooo glad I did!!! as i'm sure you were too!!!
