Good morning (monday)

Hello there!! Well I can not believe I am the first to post this today! I am on my way to work UGH!!! But the day should go quickly. I just wanted to say good morning and update you all on my progress... I hit the gym for the 3 rd time last week on Saturday and I only weigh myself every other week now... I was happy in March when I was no longer in the 400's I was EXSTACTIC when I reallized I am no longer in the 300's!!!! I was soo happy. I am now down 121 Lbs!!! Never felt better. Accpet for the part that I have my "friend" so hopefully when I go back to the scale there will be a couple of more Lbs gone. thanks for your time. have a great day!! -KIM -121

Hi Kim , I have to tell you that your so pretty, and I am so happy for you that all your dreams are comming true for you! I am orig. from N.Y. and will be going "home" in November for a visit, I cant wait to see the surprise on my family and friends faces when they see me, and how much weight I have lost,(havn't seen them in 2 yrs.) I have lost a lil over 80 pounds so far, But I am working very hard to hit the 100 pound mark before November...I also have a Wedding dress I need to fit into by the end of November I am noticing that before my Monthly friend arrives I want to eat a lot more than I should be and more often, But I have come to realize it also has a lot with the fullness feeling and not drinking enough water, so this is my plan this month, to up the water and try to get out of the pool and hit the track more. Kim, do you have any suggestions as to how I can get this weight loss moving again? What type of excersizes are you doing? any Help would be great! Thanks God Bless Mary

Hey Mary,, Well I hit the gym (ladies workout express) 3 times a week... sometimes 4,,, but usually 3! I do the 30 minute circuit once.. and then 10-15 mintues on the tredmill on a brisk walk. I drink alot of water and eat mostly all protein.. I dont like pastas and breads (anymore,, thankfully). I think that you will have no problem losing another 20 before november. I also have to drop more by november, I am going to be in a wedding.. not mine, but I am a bridesmaid. Hoope that this helps! -KIM
