maryiln i hope your mother is doing better now. its so hard when they get older. your doing such a good job beign there with her. thank god you were there to get her the help she needed!
i wish i could excersize everyday like kathy(?opps) does!!!!! i'm going to join a local gym this week and after reading about your visits i can't wait to get started especaily with the rowing machine.
reenie what a fantastic articule i've signed up for the magazine. cryed my eyes out over the best pet storys i've ever read. from you and from connie.
we've all been logging in more the past few weeks. do you think its because our anniversarys are coming up?
i've been writting down all that i eat. i'm doing good with the protein. need to up the water intake and the calories are ok. i fluctiate between 1200 to 1800 a day. the days i eat more i am working out less.
i've still not had chocolate other than sugar free and am going to keep it that way! one of my friends who had our surger eats m&m's they don't bother her i'm afriad to even smell them becasue of my past addictions to food.
O that reminds me i'm very proud of kathy (arrrg can't remember which is which don't wanna go back and reread) of youj being sober so long. thats a major accomplishment.
my youngest son who lives with me is moving out in another 2 months. he's very proud of himself for finding a room to rent with a buddy. i'm proud and happy for him but sad at the life changes that are going to happen. he's growing up - at almost 28 its about time! hahaha but i'm also thinking of not having my "little one" close by. geesh the little one is over 6 feet tall. doens't matter how old or how tall they are they are always our babies.
gotta run
