Started out well then arrived at a meeting in the p.m. where there was a spread of desserts and before I could even think about it, I had those damn cookies. Went home and ate the SF popsicle, popcorn, and PB toast. The meeting was stressful - Jim and I are taking a parenting class to help us with Devin's rages. It's bringing up all sorts of demons, both as a couple, and issues from both of our own childhoods. I'm a stress/emotional eater, no doubt about it. So, I'm trying to focus on what I'm doing well -- the exercise is helping me so much. I'm going to continue posting my eating because it's making me own my bad habits. Thanks guys. M.
