Day 3 .. rowing ...
Reenie you were right . the rowing thingy is fun. I wasn't too terribly uncoordinated at it. I rowed for 30 minutes this a.m. (just under 200 calories) I set my clock for 4:30 rather than 4:45 and was able to be at the gym a few minutes BEFORE 5 (they must open earlier than 5 a.m.). I puttered around the house this a.m. so I wasn't so early getting there. Tomorrow I'll just get up, get ready and go. At that rate I may be able to get my 40 minutes of cardio in or 3 rounds on the circuit.
The only downside to the rowing was that I had my rings on and I have a tiny blister at the base of my ring finger. It's a nice alternative to the bike and treadmill and not so much on my knees and hip which I liked.
