72 oz. water, all my vitimins. A good day of eating, probably didn't meet my protein quota but I'm really trying to eat and live "normally" - I allow myself treats now and then, like the pancakes Saturday a.m., and then make up for the calories by reducing my intake the next day, or day after that. In other words, balance throughout the week and stay focused on moving my butt, living passionately with good energy and a positive outlook--not an easy thing for me all of the time, as you well know by now. Let's hear from some other folks on what's working for them, sharing strategies of success is part of what we need to do for each other, equally as important as supporting each other through the difficult times. And, boy, I sure can't tolerate the cold like I used to! Love, Reenie
I got no clue about my calories, but here's my food.
Breakfast - scrambled egg with slice of lean ham
Lunch - Cup of egg drop soup with Tofu and shrimp
snack - handful of Sun Chips
Dinner - ground beef patty
snack 100 calories worth of soy chips
Hmmmmm... I see an obvious absence of anything resembling a fruit or vegetable.
I don't think anything is working for me right now and it's my own lack of effort. I'm not planning well and I'm not getting a good balance. I get plenty of protein in, but I'm hardly eating a balanced diet other than the fruit shakes that I have most mornings. Yeesh!
