Day 2 ....
I think I need to set the clock just a FEW minutes earlier, so I can actually be AT the gym at 5 a.m. when they open, not 5:03-5:06 ... that would give me a better start .. AND I could start coffee to be ready when I get home. I have extra time this a.m. because I'm not going to the office first thing so I made coffee to have ready and oh it's wonderful. Generally, I don't bother with coffee until I get to work .. it's decaf so I'm not needing it to wake up anyway.
I did two rounds on the circuit and stretched. I'm working on my resolve to try the rowing thingy tomorrow .. I haven't tried that yet. See if I can do that for 20-30 minutes.

There are times when I WISH I could be a late night person, but it's just not my thing. I think though I'm in this cycle that I am up early, therefore I'm asleep early, and up early because I'm asleep early .. and round and round. When I'm on vacation, I can move it up slightly .. so I'm up a bit later .. and maybe sleep til 6:30 or 7 am.
I am in a quandary because we have tickets for Bob Seger at the Verizon Center in DC on Thursday night. I'm taking a 1/2 day Thursday to come home and nap to be sure I can stay awake!!!!!
I have discovered I can't do anything bu****ch TV or listen to the mp3 player on the bike. I tried reading and it just didn't happen!!! I can barely take a drink of water out of a bottle while I'm on the bike.
