Monday Check-in

HI All I manage to find my way back to San Diego after 4 days in AZ to pick up more stuff. Last trip till the end of March. I managed to get lost on the going trip, as I went a different way.(all said it was shorter) not for me, as I took the wrong turn somewhere & it ended up being twice as long. I stepped on the scales this a.m. & nothing had changed so I guess that is a good thing since I was eating out a lot for the 4 days (Good food Restaurant style) Back to walking today & unloading my Van. Hopefully back to work this week as well. Been off work way too long. Talk to you all soon!! Glad to see so many posting again!! I like that Marilyn, the Bearlady

Marilyn, I wondered where you were the last few days. You probably told us you were going back for morte stuff, but I can't remember what I did 5 minutes ago, much less what anyone else is doing. Glad you made it back safe and sound. Hugs, Connie

Glad you got to see a bit more of the country that is what we call all ...ahem...short cuts we take Today I am still fighting the cold, drinking constantly! food coffee -16oz vitamin c drink 60z protein bar 32oz. of coke trying to bubble up up sore throat but the bubles made my tummy hurt so I am letting it sit and go flat@@ My mom used to give us coke when we had a sore throat not sure if it had any benefit but I remembered it making me feel better so I gave it a whirl! LOL lunch is sausage gumbo type soup and cheese and cracker protein bar another 32oz of water this time already chilllin in my fridge! dinner is going to be peanut chicken again (leftovers!) snack: popcorn I had my vitamins and b-12 shot today! I do so much better if I set out everything and then deal with it when I have eaten it all and still have the bored eating desire then I can chew a vitamin (YUCKO!) or have some water or a shake! not sure of calories I will look at fit day later. nic

Hi Nic Yeah, I no about seeing the countryside, but, this was really boring Desert, at least it was not 120 like it would be in the summer. Feel better soon!! I have the start of a cold, but, started taking lots of Vit C today. I don't have time or the want of any type of cold. While I was in AZ my Ex had a cold so I would not sleep with him(hee hee) Don't want him to think we might get back together since I let him move in my apartment. The cold was a great excuse to keep that from happening. The problem with that is-- I don't want him back in my life. We are great friends & that is fine as far as I am concerned works just fine.
