Day 1
Good morning Marchers!
Today was day one of my plan to hit the gym at 5 a.m. 5 mornings a week instead of just Tues & Thurs a.m.'s. M-W-F I will do 20-30 minutes of cardio. I will be getting less cardio than when I go after work (where I do 40-60 minutes), but I'm not doing anything else at 5 a.m. (other than sleeping) where there are things that I need to do after work that sometimes interfere with the cardio schedule. I will still plan to do both cardio and strength on Sat a.m.
The tea party yesterday was a blast. Y'all won't know the gals who were there, but when I get photobucket to cooperate I'll post some pictures for you to see. We took some fun pics with hats and boas. I had given a headcount of 20 for the group, we ended up with 13 and I am really glad we didn't have 20 because the tea room would have been overwhelmed. I think we confused them enough!
