EATING LOG: 1/27/07 9:00 A.M. 2 WW pancakes w/PB & syrup 400 Cal Noon asian chicken salad 470 Cal 1:30 P.M. Peanut M&M's 200 Cal 6:00 P.M. tomato soup & crackers 150 Cal Handful of raisins 80 Cal 7:30 P.M. lite popcorn 120 Cal 9:00 P.M. 1 slice WW toast w/Tbs. PB 160 Cal TOTAL CALORIES: 1580 A BAD BAD day of eating; started with those damn pancakes. As you can see, I can eat ANYTHING without any problems. I am so stressed out and full of anxiety at home, I eat. This log is for yesterday, Saturday. I will do better today. I will take care of myself today, because I'm worth the effort. We all have to tell ourselves this; "I'm worth it. I deserve health and fitness." Thanks for being here, it really helps for me to post what I'm eating - makes me face the monster. Love, Reenie

Yup, When I start the day off with Carbs, it usually turns into a carb fest for the day. Posting does help see the big picture, So keep doing it!! YOU WILL BE FINE!!! You are worth it!! Love you Marilyn, the Bearlady

Perpective, Reenie. Perspective. These days, a bad day of eating is 1580 calories. In the old days, a bad day of eating involved a second or third bag of chips and a whole box of Ding Dongs. I'll try to remember what I eat today. You're right, tracking it makes us more accountable. Be kind to yourself. Love ya, Connie
