A BAD BAD day of eating; started with those damn pancakes. As you can see, I can eat ANYTHING without any problems. I am so stressed out and full of anxiety at home, I eat. This log is for yesterday, Saturday. I will do better today. I will take care of myself today, because I'm worth the effort. We all have to tell ourselves this; "I'm worth it. I deserve health and fitness." Thanks for being here, it really helps for me to post what I'm eating - makes me face the monster. Love, Reenie
Perpective, Reenie. Perspective. These days, a bad day of eating is 1580 calories. In the old days, a bad day of eating involved a second or third bag of chips and a whole box of Ding Dongs.
I'll try to remember what I eat today. You're right, tracking it makes us more accountable.
