working out
I was out of touch yesterday so I missed posting the workout summary...
Got hung up in the office for a while on Thursday, and needed to run an errand, so I was finding that an excuse to skip my cardio on Thursay evening, but when I got to the house about 5:45, Mr Mo wasn't home yet, and I was going to have to get out of the truck to move the recycle bins to back into the driveway, so I took that as a sign and headed to the gym. Between the treadmill and the bike I did 60 plus minutes of cardio.
This morning I did a random course on the treadmill for 30 min (plus the cool down) and then tried the cross country course on the bike for 30 min (plus the cool down). I made through the bike course, but I had to downgrade the intensity a couple of times. Then I did two rounds on the totaly body circuit. I thought about a 3rd time around, but then wussed out.
Mr Mo and I are still working hard on getting rid of stuff here in the house. The plan for today is to get a dump load done. I think he needs to look in the garage!!! I can't wait to get through the clutter and then we are going to start doing some renovations .. the master bath desperately needs to be redone and the other bath and a half could use it as well. I feel like we are a combination of "clean sweep" and flip this house on TLC
I'm taking time tomorrow to join my Maryalnd WLS board gals for a tea party. We try to do something social every 4 to 6 weeks and move it around so the same folks are not always having to drive the longest distance to get there.
Anyway, I had better get Mr Mo moving and get out of here too.

Mo, what a terrific post! I so admire your determination and follow-through. AND your incredibly infectious happy, positive spirit. If you could bottle this, woman, you'd be a gazillionaire!
