JUST ODDS AND ENDS...
The Barix Clinic near me is closing!
I have to find a new doctor who will take on a post op patient. I am going to get a list of things that they check for in my bloodwork and give it too my regular doctor and get a copy of my records to have on hand in case I need any serious help.
My kids got a new bus route. Which puts them on the bus at 7:05!
WHICH means Mr. MOM can do the morning thing 3 days aweek, since he only works M/F.
AND the little gym near my house has just started new hours they now open at 4:30AM! and have a class, a cardio-class, at 5:30 -6:15 AM!!!! WOOHOO!!! I can go to work from there and be done with my workout and ready for the day!!!
it is more $$ than the old gym but it would be something I could do just for me and I could do it alone!
It is still only $30 a month if I sign up for a year or $125 for 3 months if I want to do that. This is the little gym I joined right after I had surgery and I loved it the people were extremely supportive.
It is really a body building gym, with people that compete in body building competetions. It was terrifying to walk in there at 300 pounds with Mr and MRS super fit 4% body fat in there but they were all sooooooo cool about my efforts and tips for muscle tone. I should never have went to the big chain gym!
I will still jog with the boy cause he likes it!
my eating was pretty good today.
I had a protein bar for breakfast
egg salad on 1/2 a double toasted bagel and tried sweet potato, potato chips
probably 8 cups of decaf coffee
I had a 1/4 of a brownie
I als ohad about 32 oz of lemonade/iced tea
then we had asian noodles with peanut chicken for dinner and I will probably eat some popcorn the hubby rented a movie tonight!
later!

Hey Nic
Sounds like you have a plan there with the gym! I am really loving the 5 a.m. gym thing, and considering doing the 5 a.m. 5 days a week instead of just T/Th for the strength training. If I do it 5 days, M-W-F will be cardio in the a.m. I'll be doing less cardio time wise, because I'll only have time for 20-30 minutes in the a.m, but I'll be getting it in 3 days and still on Sat a.m. also.
Enjoy the movie!
Hugs, Mo
