Hate when I miss my workout; being able to subtract the calories burned really helps. Plus I feel lousy when I haven't been able to move much. Still, all in all, a decent day of eating. My weight is back down to under 145; I SO want to break that 140 mark before my 3 year anniversary! Have a good day, everyone. Love, Reenie
Nic, I think what I eat is a lot of food! But, yes, this is what I ate yesterday. It's much, much easier for me to stay on track when I'm at work - my time is very structured (except when I need to be two people to get my work done in the office at the same time I have back-to-back meetings scheduled!) On those days, I typically work through my lunch to get it all done, and that's when I miss my workout. Hate it when that happens. At home, on the weekends (and in the evenings a lot of the time) I have a much harder time of it. Tons of stress at home and I am a stress eater. So something's got to give, one way or another. I didn't do so well with my eating yesterday, which I'm about to post. None of this is about being PERFECT; but to live NORMAL in a normal-sized body, it's about shaking off the bad choices and getting right back to doing what's right and healthy, right away. That's all I'm trying to do. You might want to start logging your food intake, you might discover that you're not doing so badly after all! Take care, Maureen
