5 a.m. gym jaunt
Good morning
Just reporting in that I was at the gym at 5:05 and did my two rounds on the total body circuit. Last night I did 35 minutes on the bike. They have two different styles of recumbant bikes, one you can set for up to 60 minutes, the other one no matter HOW you try to trick it, it cuts off the counting at 30 minutes plus a 5 minute cool down. I had planned on 45 minutes, but didn't get one of those bikes. Yes, I know that I could just do another 15 minutes after the 30 minutes cuts off, but that would be way too SIMPLE !!!
Mr Mo and I are making great headway in going through clutter and putting the house in some kind of order, so when I got home last night I dove into that project. We are accumulating a pile to go to the dump tomorrow! That will be exciting .. to have the stuff GONE .. not just relocated from one spot in the house to another.

Not to worry on becoming a gym rat!!! I usually take Friday and Sunday off completely from any gym activity. The 'planned' schedule is M-W after work 30-60 minutes cardio, T-Th the 5 a.m. 2 rounds on the circuit thing, then Sat a.m. 60-70 minutes cardio and 2-3 circuits ( it is an 11 minute circuit - 45 sec with 15 sec between machines).

I have dreams of doing it but man o man I can't get outta da bed then and make it too school by 7!
My gym doesn't open til 5:30. and that membership expires at teh end of the month.
I am looking for new options but my son is having tons of issues so I am looking for something he and I can do without his sister, I am too scared to leave her at the y-care place by herself...I am EXTREMELY overprotective of my kids.
gotta get a new routine going...

i've not worked out in over 2 weeks. i've been sick and I miss it terribly. I think thats why i'm over eating cause when your working out your thinking all the good thoughts like this feels good i'm doin gsometimg good and poisitive for me all of that. it reeiforces the good stuff. hopefully next week i'll be feeling better health wise to get back to it.
