72 oz. water, all my vitimins. A good day.
Well, I can't even pretend to have watched my food intake yesterday. The day started with a breakfast burrito loaded with sausage and it was downhill from there. I didn't snack all day, just made very high calorie choices for meals.
Today is a new day and I started it with my breakfast shake. Good Connie
Lunch will be poached halibut and steamed veggies. Good Connie
Got no clue about dinner, but I'm back on track today and will post tomorrow.

late night can't sleep atkins 200c
under 2000c but no excersize. i do much better when i excersize but haven't in 2 weeks now because of sickness. arggggggg
whew writing it down is scarey. i'm glad i wrote it down. friday is another day and right now i'm proud that it is 145am on friday morning. i can not sleep work is running though my head, first date coming tonight is in there too, bills are always floating around even though they are ok everything paid for the month and right now i even have small amount of money in the bank! BUT all that in keeping me awake and i've NOT gone to find a snack! chalk one up for the pamster! gotta keep positive! friday is another day!
