Joining the club..
A few people asked me what am I doing to lose the weight that I have and I know that I am no scientist but I am a professional of my own body! so basically,,,
I dont like shakes but I like Slimwhey protein bars. I eat nuts, fish, eggs, meat, deli cheese, and turkey and keep my carbs to a minimum. I do eat fruit occasionally (it doesnt always stay down) and i love raw veggies (eaten really well). I drink massive amounts of water and I do a circut training workout plus tredmill 3-4 times a week. I work in a job where I am on my feet all day and I think it helps that I keep moving.
Best wishes to all who visited my last post,. Life feels wonderful in my new size 24 jeans... (down from a size 32/34). I know that this board and site really helps to keep me positive and I think that, that is the most positive thing that you can do for yourself.

It is great to say it.. but i have to admit I feel funny when people tell that I look great. I wanna say thanks and move on... but I usually wind up saying I have alot more to go and thanks. I guess It is a mental thing. But I hope that you are feeling well and getting to that mark... I cried when I did!
