Monday morning
Good Morning!
the weekends are goign way to fast the work week way to slow.
i'm going through a eating period where i didn't eat before. at night! i wake up or am goign to bed feelign like i'm starving. hungry and feeling empty. if i dont' eat i can not sleep. so i grab a peanut butter cracker or some kind of snack that will make me feel like i'm not hungry. then i have to brush the teeth again so they dont' rot during the night!
i'm afraid its becoming a habit that i won't be able to stop. knowing its a habit and working at it are two different things.
i need my sleep i can't sleep when i'm feeling like i'm starving. tonight i'm going to try eating dinner later and maybe getting to bed earlier. maybe i can trick myself.
anyone else with this crazy thing happening?
Hey Pam Try a protein shake before bed, that works for me.
You can get some fairly cheap Whey protein at Walmart for
about 12.00 in where the Vitamins are. The choc & vanilla is
pretty good. It is a lot cheaper than the Champion stuff &
that is hard to find other than on-line.It helps with cravings
too!!
