Net Carbs vs Total Carbs?
This question goes out to anyone in the know. When considering low carb foods, are those of us that have had the gastric bypass surgery supposed to buy things low in total carbs or low in Net Carbs or Impact Carbs. If the goal is to not raise blood sugars by eating carbs then I am thinking it is net carbs we are looking at. Anyone with any info on the subject, please reply or send me an e-mail.
