Hi Mo....
I'm lurking this morning and trying to motivate myself to leash up the dog and take a good long walk with her and my wife (no leash needed for spouse LOL). I'm hoping the wind dies down, because right now we're having 40 or 50 MPH wind gusts. Have a great day and keep up the good work with the gym. I just don't have the patience to stick with the machines although I might hit the treadmill today if the wind doesn't subside (although that will annoy the dog to no end).
Mike
Hi Mike,
I'm still a newbie with the gym thing. I was a late bloomer on the exercise but I'm enjoying it so far. We don't live in an area that is conducive to walking without packing up and going to the park down the road and my schedule just doesn't allow for that this time of year.
The wind is whipping here today too. Ever since we had the tree come through the front of the house 2 years ago, I'm always squeamish when it's windy. Of course, it was a lightening strike not wind that did us in the last time.
Have a great Saturday!
Hugs, Mo
Ms. Mo,
I'm not lurking, I'm posting.
Last week the good doctor told me that I was suffering from exhaustion so I laid low and didn't clean the house. This weekend, I can't stand it. Exhaustion or not, I'm cleaning.
My last stained glass glass is today and I realize that I don't know nearly enough. I've got a list of 4,000 questions to annoy the instructor with. They don't offer an intermediate class so I'm going to have to figure out where to go from here.
The Man is heading for Vegas today for a conference and will be gone for the next week. He wanted me to go with at least for a couple of days, but I really do need some down time so I'll lay low. He's off to another conference in a couple of weeks so I may tag along on that one.
OK, you've inspired me so I'm off to ride the bike for a while.
Hugs,
Connie
