Thursday whatever

Is today thursday? it all seems to be a big old blur. my son has been sick on and off for the past 4 weeks. this week he went to his doctor who said it might be TB or a lung fungus! i dont' really believe that it is TB but until we get the results back we have to take the precautions. He lives with me. I have a cold that isnt' getting better after 3 weeks myself. Today I'm going to the doctor too. I think that it is a nasty cold that has turned big nasty for me. I need some antibiotics and will be fine. I think he's got something that won't quit so they need to mega dose him too. The test they did for the TB looks normal so the next step for him is the specailist on friday. He's 27 but isn't it suprising how quickly you can revert to 8 when you are sick? He'll be fine with the right meds. He's not deathly ill just can't shake the nasty cold thingy. I've continued to work out each morning with mine. I feel better than I did when I first had it but have some new things. I know the anitbiotics will make me all better. I'm the mom so I'm not allowed to revert back to a single digit age. Yesterday I actually had time to really reallly REALLY look at what I eat. I was off and will be off today too. I dont' think I eat enough, I need more of the right things, and I know I eat between meals too much. Its all stress and being in a car too much. When I'm working I'm driving back and forth to custosmers I'm eating my lunch while I'm driving. I've got to take time to park the car even for 20 minutes and eat my meal as a meal. At this time I"m really not eating a meal I'm snacking all day. I'll get in and out of the car and start a cheeze stick but not end it until I've seen a couple of custoemrs. Inbetween that I'll have a hand full of pretzels too. Then I'll do the same thing with a protein bar. Spread out like that its not enough food. I'm not hungry but I'm not full so that when I get to the office I'm starting to get hungry and the stress of getting everything booked on time along with the other work stuff gets me very hungry and not making good choices. Yesterday at home I went all morning with just my breakfast of 1 cup of protein cereal with low fat milk. lunch was 3 oz tuna 1 teasp mayo on lettuce with some onions dinner was 3/4 cup cottage cheese with blueberries and strawberries. I did have a snack at 8pm of 3 peanut butter crackers. lots of water all day too. so now i need to enforce this when i go back to work on friday. if anyone reads this could you please give me your opionion on this? I do belive I ate the best that i have in a long time. I'm going to work at this!
