Tuesday food & excersize log

Ok everybody get up and MOVE! I've been working out 4 to 5 mornings a week at curves. I have a customer who is a gym and am thinking about signing on with them too to do some of the classess that they have that curves doesn't. I really enjoy curves plus the peolle that are there. But I need more of a challenge. I'm bored with Curves soemtimes. Its just repititiion over and over again. The gym I'm lookign at has alot of different things. Thats what I need something different to get me moving again! And....I am so bad...they have men. Oh Geeseeeee what is wrong with me??? I'm ready to start working out near men? I must be sick. That was the main reason why I liked curves that there were NO men now I want to work out near them? Am I nuts? Yes i am. I still have 4 months left of my curves membership so I'm goign to do both and let me decide which to continue after that 4 months. Now onto food. I'm not hungry this morning. I'm going to wait til I get to the office for breakfast if I eat it at all. I'm still not feeling great from this cold. In fact I think it might be traveling to my chest cause my cough doens't feel "productive" anymore. Its dry now. I dont think going out last night in the rain to visit my friend rosie who smokes did it any good. but i needed to have the conversation in person instead of by phone! we had a good time talking. finally exchanged holiday gifts too! snack i don't know. ut oh i'm not in the mood to plan my meals thats not good. i always plan my meals always! maybe today I will just write everything down then come back here and tell what i ate. yeah that sounds like aplan!

Pammy You should have been to the Doc by now for antibiotics for that stuff you have. Get there & get on some quickly. You don't want to go into phenemonia. It has for some!! This food journal thing works better if you write as you eat & not write what you plan to eat. Cause we all no what we plan does not always work that way!! Take care & start feeling better soon. today's food! peanut butter toast coffeehouse protein drink yogurt with a graham cracker south beach chicken thingie coffee baked chicken cauliflower protein bar for a snack water 48 oz peach tea 48 oz I laid everything out today...no gotta have it nothing fitday says toatals are calories 1112 fat 37 carb 63 protein 112 nic
