Weekly challenge
Whether you are signed up for our June challenge or not, I would like to encourage each of us to do a "RANDOM ACT OF EXERCISE" each day this week. This would be something you normally do not do, so your regular workouts don't count unless you do extra. I'm thinking of walking the stairs when you usually take the elevator, parking at the outer edge of the parking lot, using the push mower instead of the riding one... You get the picture. Post your exercise here to share your ideas!

Today I parked at the edge of the grocery store lot and carried groceries out. (Saved gas too, looking for that perfect spot!)
I pulled out my bike today ,dusted off the 8 year worth of cobwebs, oiled er up,and went off riding. For 2 miles yet! My daughters and husband were so thrilled to see me on a bike that they jumped on theirs and joined me for the last mile. Felt sooo nice to ride without my butt hurting from the oh- so- tiny seat.

I take care of my three granddaughters daily so today we invited 4 of their friends over and I had an art class for them. I taught them to decopodge. But here is the ****r I did not allow them to help me set up I had to get all the tables and chairs out myself , all the supplies out of the shed and all the water and paints ready then got the kids set down not once did I set down I had to gto from child to child helping them there were seven of them . When we were done I let them swim while I did clean up boy was it a mess . I had to wash every table and chair down paint was everywhere, Then after I cleaned that up they were tired of the pool so I had to clean that up. Then they wanted to run in the slip and slide oh by the way have you ever had to get grass out of a pool? So we played on the slip and slide then I cleaned that too. When they went home I done laundry. What a day>>>> Well thats all I done. Sarah T.
