Today my daughter is dragging me to a bridal fair. There will be tons of vendors with displays about their products. Some will have food! But I've lost my taste buds with this cold so they will be safe.
I'm hoping for a nice juicy hamburgerfor dinner.
The Juicy Hamburger sound really good to me right now. I now
can only eat the Wendy's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, but, can't finish the Single version. So I guess the pouch thing does still work. I just have to tell my brain that once in awhile.
This morning I had a bowl of oatmeal w/ added protein,The rest
of the day will be on call styp stuff. I go to Church, then to
work right after. So don't get back home ti 9:45 tonight. Sundays are always a long day for me. "I gotta have Church", so I don't mind the long day.

about it, as don't have time to get it or for sure take anything (sick wise) to San Diego with me. So am coming down with a Healing tonight!! Just got over the cold I had, so Pam

Had my usual Lean Cuisine for breakfast. I've never been a big fan of eating breakfast foods for breakfast.
For lunch I ate some rolled up slices of 97% fat free turkey and ham. Gawd I'm in a rut.
I had a handful of fat free Ruffles for a snack and dropped one on the floor. Figured the dog would get it and walked off. Half an hour later the chip is still there. Neither of my dogs will touch those things. If two dogs who will clean the cat box if I let them won't eat a potato chip, it's gotta be bad.
Dinner was a salad and pan seared scallops and shrimp.
Finishing the day off with fresh blackberries. My colon is doing a happy dance. It's been so long since it's seen fruit.
