snack - sugar free cough drops tissues raisins and a cheese stick
dinner - sugar free cough drops tissues lean cuisine
snack - sugar free cough drops tissues 2 peanut butter crackers
lots of hot decaf tea and water

Pam I only hope that your saturday wardrobe includes a bathrobe, some slippers, a heating pad, vicks, and your favorite movies on the tv!

wash the light switches, cupboard handles everythin gthat you touch with out thinking about it!

I know you feel bad but I couldn't resist.
You're sucking on those cough drops, that's OK...but PLEASE don't eat the tissues!!! You're supposed to throw them away after you use them.

5:00 a.m to 6:30 a.m. 3 cups coffee 1/2 Decaf w added protein
Vitamins
6:00 a.m. 1 pkg of Weight Control Oatmeal w/added protein
3 sausage links
8;00 Another big cup coffee (work)
9:00 5 ritz crackers
16 oz water
11:00 Swansons Chicken pot pie ( the small one)
2:00 16 oz water
4:00 3 shortbread cookies
4:30 4 oz. white baked fish w/ garlic sauce (YUMMMY)
2 tbsp green beans
Will probaly have more coffee (decaf tonight) Just can't stay away from the stuff. Like it too much. For a snack later will
have the rest of the popcorn from last night. & maybe throw in
some more water.

Started the morning with a Lean Cuisine - Garlic Chicken and spinach.
Somewhere around 1:00 a taco found its way to my mouth while I was running errands.
After class and on my way to the store at about 5:00, two chicken tacos. I'm sensing a theme here.
About 9:00 before I started painting the workshop/studio (oh OK, it's an enclosed porch with high ambitions), I had a few pieces of rolled up deli ham.
I've gotta go find a vegetable or piece of fruit before my colon disowns me.
