breakfast - vitamins, sugar free cough drops, tissues, 1 cup of protein cereal 1 cup fat free milk. snack - sugar free cough drops tissues, banana another snack - sugar free cough drops protein bar lunch - sugar free cough drops tissues 1 cup chicken noodle soup with 6 fat free crackers snack - sugar free cough drops tissues raisins and a cheese stick dinner - sugar free cough drops tissues lean cuisine snack - sugar free cough drops tissues 2 peanut butter crackers lots of hot decaf tea and water I have a cold.

LOL! Pam I only hope that your saturday wardrobe includes a bathrobe, some slippers, a heating pad, vicks, and your favorite movies on the tv! REST!!!! Drink lots of fluids!!! wash your hands! change your sheets! wash the light switches, cupboard handles everythin gthat you touch with out thinking about it! WE are trying to keep the husband's cold ONLY to him!!!!! feel better!!!! nic

Pamela, I know you feel bad but I couldn't resist. You're sucking on those cough drops, that's OK...but PLEASE don't eat the tissues!!! You're supposed to throw them away after you use them. Food Log = ingesting (bad, bad, bad Va - if I feel I need to explain it, it ain't that funny) Hope you feel better soon!!! Va

Here's My Saturday 5:00 a.m to 6:30 a.m. 3 cups coffee 1/2 Decaf w added protein Vitamins 6:00 a.m. 1 pkg of Weight Control Oatmeal w/added protein 3 sausage links 8;00 Another big cup coffee (work) 9:00 5 ritz crackers 16 oz water 11:00 Swansons Chicken pot pie ( the small one) 2:00 16 oz water 4:00 3 shortbread cookies 4:30 4 oz. white baked fish w/ garlic sauce (YUMMMY) 2 tbsp green beans Will probaly have more coffee (decaf tonight) Just can't stay away from the stuff. Like it too much. For a snack later will have the rest of the popcorn from last night. & maybe throw in some more water. Marilyn, the Bearlady

Started the morning with a Lean Cuisine - Garlic Chicken and spinach. Somewhere around 1:00 a taco found its way to my mouth while I was running errands. After class and on my way to the store at about 5:00, two chicken tacos. I'm sensing a theme here. About 9:00 before I started painting the workshop/studio (oh OK, it's an enclosed porch with high ambitions), I had a few pieces of rolled up deli ham. I've gotta go find a vegetable or piece of fruit before my colon disowns me. Connie

Saturday's food v-8 juice 12 0z thirsty crab meat - hunger lemonade 32 oz 1/2 ham & cheese sandwich - hunger lemonade 32 0z popcorn snack coffee 16 oz crab meat snack/boredom 24 oz .water

Hey Nic, You don't eat very much. If that is all you had in your day I commend you. I believ if you eat lite like that all the time you might be in starvation mode. But, Hay you have kept most of your weight off, So if it works for you keep doing what works. Marilyn, the Bearlady
