I posted this on my off-track board, but thought since I read
your earlier post would go ahead & post it here as well, hope it helps somewhat
This what my food was like today:
Had my usual 4 cups (1/2 caff coffee)w/ added protein & SF Creamer
60 oz water today (big improvement for me)
Vitamins
1 cup of lo-carb oatmeal w/ added protein
1 slice of toast w/PB
Atkins protein bar
1 cup coffee @ work
3/4 cup tuna/chesse casserole (made with wholewheat pasta)
2 tbls egg salad
plan to have a chiken breast w/ green beans for dinner
I have had more carbs than normal as I am trying to clean out the
cubboards of what I have before the move to San Diego. No more
groceries this week. The good news is I have lost the gain from last
week, now when I get the you no what back into exercise I might just
start losing some more. That will happen once I get to the nice San
Diego Weather in a week.
Had the chicken for dinner & just finishe some popcorn for a
snack.

ok here is my friday!
brace yourself! LOL
when I encounter HUGE stress I eat... Iknow this and tend to keep a cupboard in my classroom full of good snack but since it was the week after christmas I didin't have anything in there so... UGH!!!!
B- 2 eggs scrambled with sausage chunked up in it (think burrito like with no burrito) with 12 oz of decaf coffee
L- south beach diet wrap thingie...with extra cheese
with a can of diet soda over a huge cup of ice
those were eaten because of hunger
Snacks- eaten totally becuase of stress-
5-6 raspberry truffles... a coworker brought me she was sick before christmas and just back to school...EVERYONE knows not to give me candy I don't know what her thought was...they were GREAT!!@@
water 48oz.
coffee 12oz again
stuffed pork chop with apple dressing yummmy!-- hunger
popcorn snack...working on school stuff and needed to munch
1/2 orange my daughte rwanted and then didn't eat @@
32 oz of crystal light lemonade...
ugh!
