Food Journal for 01/05/07
Reenie said she'd post what she ate and I said I'd do the same so here goes with my reason for eating....
7:00 am - 1 cup vegetable beef soup - Hungry
11:30 am - salad w/ ham and provolone vinegar for dressing - starving
2:30 pm - Single serving bag of Baked Lays - Dunno
7:00 pm - Lean Cuisine Steak Portabello and broccoli - Starving
8:30 pm - 9 Mini rice cakes - Ummmmm sorta hungry?
I've had about a thousand calories so far and need a few more so I'll probably have an apple with peanut butter before bed. When would I have ever said I NEED to eat more before surgery?

posted at the same time. Mine did not have times on it, tomorrow I will add the times to mine if that helps everyone out. I can onlu do this for a few more days as I will lose the
internet till I get re-settled in San Deigo.

Thanks for leading the charge on this, my darlin' friend. I had a good day of eating yesterday, despite I'm in way over my head on writing a $2.5M grant, which must be mailed today - so here I am at my office at 7am. The perk is that I'm working with a brilliant woman faculty member; I love brilliant women. Of course, I love brilliant men too but I don't come across them too often -- hey I'm just trying to get our guys to post even if it's too obliterate me off the planet! FOOD LOG FOR YESTERDAY, 1/5/07:
B - protein shake
L - salad with chicen and edamame
D - Asian chicken salad at McD's (I was on the run and I love this salad!)
Drank 70 oz. of water and took my vitamins
Didn't get to work out because of the grant - will try to make up for it today.
Having to be accountable to this Board is helping. You guys are my family...Love, M.
