Still Sober

Just checking in. I'm still sober (since 12/20) and hanging in there! Thanks again for all the support. Did anyone else read the Oprah posts besides Joy? Frightening... Hugs, Karen

Thanks again for your support both of you! I need all I can get to keep fighting these compulsive demons! Every day it gets better. I just take one day at a time. I am so glad the holidays are over! My birthday is on the 20th of this month and my family knows that we are celebrating without any spirits except for what comes from within! Hugs, Karen

good job! my birthday is in december too. i'm busy feeling sorry for myself right now because I have a cold. gotta go find some tissues these rolled tissues aren' tsoft enough on my poor little raw nose. whats the oprah posts?
