How about a weight loss challenge?
Count me in....I was at my 3 months (almost) check up today, -68 lbs, the Dr said I was doing good. I feel great!! A challenge to keep us focused and motivated would be fun. Then maybe the next month we could challenge a different month, February would be fun too. Now i will just need to remember to weigh in on the 31st. How about a reminder on the 29th or 30th?
