O.T. Christmas Spirit at It's Best!!

HI All, At Christmas time we have a local Christmas Charity Event called Shop with a Cop. During Nov & part of Dec the outlying areas collect donations so that under priviledge kids can shop with a cop on a certain designated day before Christmas. Well, today was that day. So at about 8:00 A.m. this a.m. The Super Walmart that I work at here in Bullhead City had 150 police cars show up with sirens on, following a sleigh of SANTA CLAUS with these kids getting to ride in all of these police cars in this parade before shopping. It was the neatest thing to see & be apart of. These cops came frome the entire tri-state area including San Bernadino Ca, Las Vegas Nv, Kingman Az, Lake Havasu AZ, Local Sheriff's offices. you name it they were here with these kids today. It was the most uplifting thing I have seen in a long time. These kid's will remember this day & these cops for a very long time. It was a site to see for sure. Merry Christmas every one!! Just had to share this little story of giving. A lot of these cops even put in some of there own money as there was a $100 limit per kid. Anything over that these cops paid for themselves.
