i'm still on the bugs bunny chewables- i was cleared for my prenatals--that's what my doc prescribes--but want to finish this bottle first--( i have to fight my granddaughter for the orange ones!) and it was suggested to watch my calcium now- and to take calcium citrate if i don't think i'm getting it all in my food--when i go for my 3 month check i will have had my bloodwork doen and that's when my doc stars****ching everything else--either that or i must have been in pretty good shape in hospital..... i am still taking actigall-6 months i guess? and a scrip for nausea and one for reflux-oh and toprol - a beta blocker-i hate these pills--at least i can finally swallow the actigall- was opening it and pouring on my food for awhile- ughhhhhhhhhh

Hi I am taking a multivitamin from Arbonne. I have perfect labs and the vitamins are PHARMICEUTICAL GRADE..meaning that they dissolve in your system within 30 minutes and use ONLY the very best ingrediants for your body. The vitamins you get over the counter aren't this good. Anyway I LOVED them so much I decided to sign up to sell Arbonne (a Swiss skincare and vitamin/nutirent company) If you get them on auto order you get a 20% discount so for 60# pills you only pay like $14 and they have ones for menstrating women, menopausal women, and men..even a different formulation for teens. I take the menstruating one..one in am one in pm and they are perfect for WLS according to my surgeon..If anyone wants to know more contact me. Also Arbonne has 2 very yummy protein supplements and they are reasonable also...not trying to sell myself here just want everyone to know how great this product is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Mary, I found a high potency liquid vitamin by "Buried Treasure" at vitacost.com. It comes in a 16 oz bottle, so I figure about two of these a month, and it only costs 8.99 a bottle. I don't take calcium, because I feel, so far, I am getting enough, as I mix my protein powder with skim milk, and I have found that I can eat cheese with no problem. Hope this helps. Here's what I take (at least 30 minutes apart): 2 Flintstones complete (separately) 2 Caltrate 600 chewable (one in the morning, one in the evening -- I also have the option of using Viactiv) 2 sublingual B-12 (I use two daily because my energy level is so low! -- I use one in the morning, and one around 2 PM) I was told by my dietitian that I'll be using the chewables the rest of my life, as it's easier for the pouch to process.
