HAPPY DECEMBER TO YOU!!
HI All
Happy December to all & hope you are surviving the bitter cold & yucky weather that ha**** most of the Country. It is
actually very cold & windy (still) here in Arizona & for us
it is extremely early for it to be cold. California, you can have your stupid Santa Ana winds back.
We don't want them any more!!!!!.
Hope you are doing well & staying away from the Christmas Junk. So far, so good, with me, I am having a hard
enough time getting the weight to budge, I sure don't need the
sugar & garbage to add to the difficulty. I did make some cookies, but, gave them all away. Plan to make some more, &
plan to give them away as well. Take care & check in if you
can. Be Safe out There!!

Happy Holidays to you too Marilyn, I'm planning on baking cookie gifts this year too. I love to bake cookies. when i first had the surgery I missed the actual buying ingrediants, prep, and the work then the giving away of them. yes i thought of the eating part too but over the past few years i've not missed the eating as much as the making. so last year i baked and gifted. it made me feel so good to do that! the house will smell wonderful. the kids are all happy cause they come in and enjoy them. my kids do not have weight problems. at one time during their teens they did but stuck with diets and excersize and lost ANd kept the weight off.
have a great holiday
Pam
I just can't be happy with the weather!!! I was not happy because it was unseasonably WARM .. now it's in the 30s & 40s and it's too COLD !!! :roflL
I've got to get busy and start making my fudge. It's become a tradition with my staff that I give them fudge for Christmas. We have our dinner out Thursday the 14th, and I have to either shop for gifts for them or get their fudge made .. there are 8 of them so I think fudge would be easier!!!
I'm not really a baker, but I might try some cookies for a change.
Hugs, Mo
