Boiled shrimp is a very good source of protein with very little fat. A cup of boiled shrimp is around 200 calories and 39 grams of protein. I buy the easy peel cooked shrimp at Sams and it is wonderful. You can use it for meals and snacks. Randy Jones -45 Headed to Goal

I have to agree with you! Shrimp sits very well with me and I've been eating a lot of it. Also crab legs are great as well. I boil them up and eat with some ****tail sauce. Rosemary -40

I was never a big fish eater prior to WLS, but I am now. I tolerate fish better then anything. I'm at work but I'll post a great recipe for boiled shrimp that has beer and cajun spices later. I have to be honest, I feel like the guy in Forrest Gump, as I have been eating a ton of shrimp, and always looking for ways to prepare it. I also have something called Shrimp and Crab boil that is very good. I purchased at Albertson's in the fish and meat area.
