Protein shake
Ok i have been scared to try protein shakes, but tonite i decided to give it a try and made one. I mixed a cup of skim milk, a scoop of whey protein powder and some ice, a half of a banana and a tablespoon of Gloria Jeans Mocha Chiller mix, and blended it well. OMG it is good. Even my daughters are drinking it. So as long as i drink one of these 3 times a day i will get my protein in. I am excited now.
