PAIN!!!!!!

Geesh.. just when everything was WONDERFUL.... I have lost 43 lbs....... Sunday night I was sitting watching a movie, and when it was over, i got up and had a stabbing pain like under my left breast. Not directly under, but left of the insicion.. Anyway, I called the 1-800 number, and got the on call Dr, which was not mine.. grrrrrr.. lol..... and he said probably muscle pain.. dont worry about it.... so here it is Thursday.... and its still there, it comes and goes.... I can take tylenol, and it goes away, but then later, if i move just right, it starts hurting again. I called MY dr today, and he wants to see me tomorrow just to make sure there is nothing funky goin on..... Sheesh.. I Hope its just muscles, or maybe its an adhesion forming??????? YUcko.. I know its got to stop.. feels like someone is tryin to kill me from time to time.. lol.. Anyone else had these things happen??? Lorrie R

I had this happen and it turned out to be muscle spasms that were pulling on the internal stitches. It did go away by about week 7. You have my sympathies. Connie

You know that happened to me also. It wasnt as long as yours though but I did feel a stabbing pain exactly where you said to the left and right next to my little insicion there. I never called the doctor because it went away. It was definintely smarts though. Glad you are getting things checked out. Hope everything turns out alright! Best Wishes Elizabeth M -44

I had the same thing happen to me. It did eventually go away after about a week to 10 days. I was worried about it, but it turned out to just be muscle spasms. Hope yours is too. Take care, Karen L

I went to the Dr, and he told me it was muscles also. Gave me muscle relaxers, and they didnt do anything. I have started wearing my binder again, and that really helps, and i am being very very careful how i bend and twist. Today the pain has been minimal! Dr says 4 months all stitches will be disolved... After that I shouldnt have any problems!!!! Only 4 months............. Postive note......... I am down 43 lbs!!! YIPPEE
