drink my protein drink...done! Drink all my water. Eat low carb. Exercise...going to the mall after work...anything is better than nothing, right? Gonna get right now so that I can start losing again...hate seeing the scale say the same day after day!

...go exercise....done! ...drink water....sorta done (more to go!) ...eat smaller portions, more often through the day (dr's orders!) ...go to the grocery store and stock up on healthy grab and go foods. Woo hoo!! -Wendy
