I am afraid of eating regular food just yet. I have tried a couple of things here and there, and I feel pain as it goes down. Not a bad pain, like my insides are still raw. Right now, the softer food , the better.

I am six weeks out, and I am still on a couple of protien shakes a day, and I can oly tolerate cottage cheese, carb-control yogurt, SF popsicles, and sf pudding. Ever time I try to eat anything else, I throw up! I can't tolerate meat at all, and eggs are a super-violent experience....oy! I can only get down 2 Tablespoons of anything before I feel nauseated. I basicly get 400-600 calories a day, and most is still in liquid form. I feel like I am way behind everyone else, but hey who cares? I am never hungry, and I drink tons of water, and I have lost 40 pounds in 6 weeks! The eating I am doing is way boring, and lame, BUT I have not plateaued yet, and I started out at 255, and I weighed 215 on the very day of my six weeks! Go Slow, and enjoy the ride! Gabriella
