sHRIMP sCAMPI is oN tHE mENU fOR Me!

Hello everyone I had my 5 week follow up appointment today and I was very nervous because I haven't been walking as much, due to the heat But I have been swimming everyother day, I am happy to say I have lost a total of {55 pounds so far} , the quickest loss was the first 2 weeks with a 30 pound loss... I'm dancing Now! Minus 55 pounds forever GONE!!!!!!(God willing) and I tried on my size 18 Wedding dress and it fit over my hips,and arms but I couldnt zip it up , I have about 12 inches across the back to go but where their is a will their is a way right! God Bless you all, and I hope you all are doing well and May all your dreams come true for you! I can have seafood now, so I will be having half of a Lean Cuisine Scampi dinner tomorrow! Ok Mary, Just don't go over your limit. I don't want you to ! I can now get 4-5 meals out of one of what I could eat before. I felt bad today when I went to Chili's. The server thought I was unhappy with my salmon. I finally told her I had wls and asked for a to go box. It is funny how people react when you aren't stuffing yourself. Hugz, Tia

Hi Tia, dont worry I wont go over the limit I promise, I have been reaaly good a****ching my carbs, I had diabetis before my wls and did insuline shots 4x a day, There is no way I ever wanna go through this ever again believe me! I am going to use this tool to the Max!!! God Bless you Mary

You are exactly right about servers. We have a famous local steak house that we have been going to for years. My father in law was a well known Dr. and he loved going to this steak house. He passed and we know take my mother-in-law there at least once a week if not more. Obviously, I didn't go for awhile after my surgery, and when I finally did go back the server just assumed that I would be having the huge tenderloin I always used to have. She was confused when I told her I'd would have a cup of soup and the shrimp. She was even more concerned when I ate only two of the five shrimp and asked if they were ok. I explained that I had WLS. Now, no matter who the server is, they know I have had the surgery and bring an extra plate as they know I may have a bite or two from my wife's meal, or if I order they just bring a box when they bring the check.
