Sharing this from Kat about Rob

I want to share this with you all....Dear Sarah, Thank you so much for compiling all the posts for me to print out! I printed them out this morning. That was so thoughtful of you, thank you. I will put them in a notebook. I hope very soon I can give that notebook to Rob to read in the hospital. Latest report this morning is that he is peeing wonderfully and losing all that extra fluid. He will have another CAT scan this morning - they are still looking for that stubborn source of infection that is causing these fevers! He has developed a bed sore on his back side which could be a cause. They were talking about possibly doing a tracheotomy this week to get him off the ventilator, but he showed some improvement on the ventilator and so far they have decided to hold off on that. How is your recovery going? I have been so focused on Rob I don't even know how all the rest of you are doing. I hope well. One good thing, Rob will be able to benefit from all of your experiences as he starts down the road to recovery. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness. Kat

What a dear you are Sarah! I know that Kat must think I have deserted her. I am still at work. Worked 16 hours yesterday and it looks like the same today. Thanks for picking up the slack! Joy

Sarah, Thanks for sharing that about Rob. He has been through such a terrible time. I just pray that he can get rid of the infection, and get off the ventilator soon. Karen L
