This meal must be made for us. It is so tiny that no normal person could eat it and be satisfied. There was barely a cup of broccoli, 4 1" pieces of meat and 3 slices of mushrooms, and some sauce. That's it, that's all, no more, no less. Cost 2.19 And the funny thing is that I am satisfied. I can't say that I'm full, I never feel full anymore, but I was starving earlier and now I am fine. 10g net carbs 130 cal. and pretty flavorful. I think I'll try some others. They make lots of chicken ones. I think they are a nice lunch. Louise -28

What brand was it? I have found some TV dinners out there but never that low in carbs. I generally am looking at ones that have at least 10, preferrably 14+ grams of protein and well below 300 calories. The rest generally ends up being carbs. I do okay on them, but I'd rather have the one with the broccoli. I don't eat a lot of frozen dinners right now but I will when I go back to work this next weekend, so I need to figure out what to buy beforehand. Dina

It sounds like a Stouffers' Lean Cuisine, if I'm not mistaken. I take a Lean Cuisine and portion it out into thirds or halves (depending on what it is), and re-freeze the rest. Works GREAT. Kimmer Queen of the Niners, Instigator to All Marchers, High Priestess of Giggles.

I ate the whole thing which was not much of a whole thing. Do you really divide something so small into 2 or 3 meals? It only had 4 tiny bites of meat and 3 mushroom slices, besides the broccoli. Louise

Sorry I thought I posted the name and all. It is Stouffer's Lean Cuisine - Everyday Favorites Beefsteak and Portabello Mushrooms in a burgundy wine sauce. It has 11g of protein, 4g fat. Try it.

Hi~ I went to Sam's today and they had a four pak of the new lo-carb Lean Cuisines. I am not ready to try them yet but I bought them for my daughter's lunch. I think two of them were as low as 2-3g of carbs per serving. Happy eating! Angela
