How many carbs are good to eat to keep losing?

I know I am eating too many carbs,drinking not enough water and not exercising enough.

Well, long time Atkins dieter here so take it as you will. Induction for Atkins is 20 grams of carbs a day. I think considering we are on such a reduced calorie diet, 20 grams a day would be good for a decent ratio. I generally will do about 30 a day though. I look at it a little different than I did back then though. I look at my focus as getting in 60-70 grams of protein or more a day first and then I will allow the carbs after that. So if you are able to eat only 3x a day, I would strive for no less than 20 grams of protein for each meal first, and then whatever you have room for after that, you can have as carbs and some fat. Water: Try Propel flavored water. It goes down pretty easy, as does watered down Crystal Light or Kool Aid. Dina

Dina, how can we possibly get in 20 g. of protein in each meal, on regular, solid foods? I am really having trouble with this. Can you give me a sample menu please? Thanks much! Maureen
