Beat the Plateau!
Around the fourth week of April I cut out bad carbs (crackers, potatoes, and bread) to get over the plateau. It worked like a charm.
April Week 1 lost 4 lb
April Week 2 lost 6 lb
April Week 3 gained 2 lb
April Week 4 lost 5 lb
Thanks for you guys pointing out I was eating too many carbs!!
Robin
Happy to be loosing again

Robin,
Those are some impressive numbers. I've never been a bread eater and have left most of the junky carbs alone. I even avoid beans because they're high in carbs. However, somehow a box of stoned wheat crackers found it's way into my cupboard and about 3 of those little beggers are finding their way into my mouth every day. These are going into the trash today.
