Dinkadoo!!!!
Hey Nicole!
It looks fabulous, by the way! What I would suggest is that you need to put a table in there. Just insert 1 table with 1 across and 1 down and you can put the writing in there. I would make cell padding about 3 so it doesn't directly touch the border.
Now if you want to do a different background color and 2 sets of color, you can add a table inside the table and use the one surrounding the text frame as a decorative border as well.
Let me know if you need more help. We can talk by email or on IM sometime maybe. Oh - are you using a HTML editor or writing code by hand?

Nicole - I'm signed on right now if you are still up. I have you on my buddy list but don't see you signed on. I use Dreamweaver, but admittedly it is an expensive program. I got it cheap on eBay. You can use just about anything and there are some freebies out there. There is one that used to be free but I guesss it's not anymore. It's Coffee Cup software, but there are still some free downloads available there: http://www.coffeecup.com/. Here is one I just searched out that looks pretty nice: http://www.bradsoft.com/. It is free, so you can try it and see if you like it first. I also have used AOLPress which is an antiquated HTML editor but it is actually quite helpful and easy to use. Here is where you can still download it: http://members.aol.com/rjdriver/aolpress.htm. It's not supported by AOL anymore as they went with drag and drop style editors for those who are too confused by code.
What I do is create my page in Dreamweaver, then I copy the code and condense it - take out all the line breaks and extra spaces. If you leave all the line breaks in, it will space everything out on your page. I found this out a long time ago - didn't realize it was PHTML that allows you to add to your page and not regular HTML.
Anyway, those should get you started. I will email you and attach a template you can use to a triple border design and maybe that will help you on some of that code until you decide what to do.
