Can I get a sample of what ya'll eat??
I need some motivation on my food choices.
I am going to loose these last 17-21 pounds before March and need some good ideas for food.
Think easy to pack and take to school lunches as well as good everyone will eat this dinners! LOL

I decided to get rid of all our halloween candy and bought a BOAT LOAD of "chocolate" protein bars so if I am CRAVING chocolate I can at least have it and be healthy too!!!!!

Hi! I work in advertising and am on the road all day. Since I am cheap and refuse to spend money each day buying lunce and I want to eat healthy I pack it. I have a good size lunch cooler that I put the freezer bar things in so everything stays nice and cold. I pack snacks like cheese sticks, yogurt, fruit, or carrot sticks, and my lunches are usually salads with chicken, or another meat, if i should crave a sandwich i'll use 1/2 of a flat bread with chicken or ham. I am sure to bring plenty of water bottles. My big splurge is dunkin donuts coffee! Decaf of course. I also will sometimes bring along a protein bar or pretzels. I dont' want to take a chance (though they do happen sometimes) of not having something that I'm craving and instead of eating the good craving thing like a protein bar or a small bag of pretzels I'll go and buy something not good like cookies or a big bag of pretzels. if i buy a big bag of pretzels chances are i'm not going to eat just the regular size serving.
I also carry an assortment of gum. For me gum satisfys the chewing that i want to do. It doesn't effect me like it does some and make me crave food. its all about the chewing for me.
