Bethany... Now, just sit and think 'bout this a moment... When you told us 'bout this possible job you were going to interview for, didn't we all just KNOW that you were gonna get it? That's faith. Every one of us just KNEW, just had that feeling that you'd land it. I believe my exact words were "Go get your job, Bethany", right? And what happened? It was yours. We all felt it in the bottom of our pouches, but we didn't SAY "don't worry 'bout it, it's yours"...we told you to GO GET IT. And you did. Why would He give it to you if you couldn't 'do it'?? And, gee, doesn't it say SOMEWHERE "I can do all things, thru Christ, Who strengtheneth me"...? It's true. CLAIM IT! Personally, when I interviewed potential candidates for employment, if they weren't nervous, I wouldn't even consider them. From a manager's position, the employees who are nervous about their jobs are those who want to DO a good job, and are the ones who flourish. Your nervousness shows that you care about it. You're gonna do fine. Just remember that everyone is 'new' at something at one time or another, and adapt to what you'll be learning. Sweetie, I have NO DOUBT in your capabilities. You're going to go in there and SHOW them why they were smart cookies to choose you...and they were. You're going to walk in there with a new confidence in yourself: you've started a new life, you're feeling better physically and mentally, and the world is your oyster right now. Show 'em what you're made of! You're on my calendar, but my prayers aren't even necessary! I am so excited for you! And...on Thursday, I'll be going to that new position that I've chosen, too. THAT's gonna be a real slap of reality for ME! But I have NO worries 'bout you...well, except that maybe you'll forget my address and my free TV/DSL won't be hooked up immediately... I love you, Bethany...don't let anything worry you! Kimmer Queen of the Niners, Instigator to All Marchers, High Priestess of Giggles

Thank you EVERYONE for replying to this post. Kimmer and Joy you are right..God would not send me there if I couldn't do it. I just need to stick close to God and he will see me through the challenging times. He knows I can do it, thats why he chose me to get the job!!! Thank you for putting this into perspective for me Bethany

Think what you have just DONE. It can't possibly be harder at this job than it is to decide to have WLS, get it approved, go through it, and recover. Reassess who you are and go kick some serious professional butt! Gano
