Actually it has been a long month for me! But I have lost 12 lbs and one dress size and feel much better! Joy -33 lbs

Hi Kathy Good to see your cute face back on the board I miss ya! Well, One month ago today I was 379 pounds at 5ft 7" and Miserable! Did nt even like to walk from the car to the supermarket! Today , One month Later I am alot lighter,I am also walking 3 miles a day! I initially lost 30 pounds the first 14 days but havnt been weighed since, I go back to Dr. T on may 4th so thats when it will be a wonderful surprise on how much weight I have lost ,

It feels like I am waiting for Christmas Morning kathy!:cheese smile:hahahahah
