I've noticed since surgery that I have really strong, strange body odor. Has anyone else experienced this? It doesn't matter if I've just showered and slathered on the deoderant. In a couple of hours its back. My husband has even commented on it.
You are in Ketosis. It is when the body is burning fat. It will stop as soon as you are able to introduce carbs back into your diet. I had this too and couldn't stand the smell of myself. It DOES get better.
Yeah I noticed too. Isnt it weird??? Its just a strange scent! icky!!
I sure hope it doesnt stick around forever. But Yeah the whole ketosis thing is whats causing it im sure. Cant wait till its over! Best Wishes!
