exercise
Bathany,
And not to mention that it is so much easier with some tonage gone. I too find the exercise fun and invigorating. (I've been walking, biking, and beleive it or not went rollerblading with my 14 yo for the first time in 10 years). Wont do that again though until I lose some more! YOUCHY!!!!! I have had some whinny, "I dont want to do this" days, but after I have I feel much better. I am trying to remember that the exercise is as important as what I put in my mouth in the scheme of long term. Keep moving and losing! Janelle
Yup, I'd've never thought the day would come in my life where I'd say I miss walking my treadmill. It's come...I do.
I'm still 'grounded' with this pulled muscle, can't take ANY chances to mess it up again. But I can get back to walking it next week, and I'm actually looking forward to it.
Yup, just proves we DID get lobotomies during our WLS.
