Interesting Website

Hey, all! There's a very interesting website that ya may want to check out...it's RealAge.com (with the 3 Ws in front of it). It calculates your "real" physical age compared to your chronological age, based on several health/historic/genetic/lifestyle factors. It takes a little while to do, but is worth it. I did it based on my post-WLS info, but am going to go back and do it based on PRE-OP info...there will be an obvious change due to how much my WLS has already corrected so many systemic problems I'd had. I'm almost scared to see what my "Real Age" was pre-op. Just something to check out, with some good info besides. And...it's free! Queen Kimmer: I hate that site! Everytime I do the profile, they tell me I should've been dead YEARS ago. But, now that I am WLS Post-Op, RealAge is one place I be getting younger. (I enjoy your posts!!) 298/259/150

Heya, Lynn! Just tell 'em what one of my friends used to say: "Hey, I'm not dead! I just SMELL that way!" EEEEWWW!! Glad ya enjoy the posts. Unfortunately, time is once again becoming scarce in my life, so I don't have as much time to post/reply these days. But I DO check in/check up on everyone every day - you're all a part of my heart, donchaknow! Kimmer Queen of the Niners, Instigator to All Marchers, High Priestess of Giggles

BWAHAH, Gano! I figured mine would be, like, 178 or sumpin', and they'd catgorize me as Methusela's Daughter. The good news is that it wasn't QUITE 178, but the flip-side is that I can now offishally join the "Over 50" OH Forum!! I'm gonna go back 'n do it with my pre-WLS info. THAT ought to be a REAL shocker. My WLS has already corrected so-o-o-o many problems (like, my pre-op triglycerides started at 733 - "dangerously high/stroke-bait", but at 4 weeks post-op are now only 179 - "borderline high/normal" - truly amazing! ) that I'm almost afraid to see what my "real age" was pre-op. I'm fully aware that I was headed for serious problems pre-op, and am just so relieved that those problems have all but disappeared. But this was certainly an eye-opener to me!
