Scratchy Throat and embarrasing thing...

Has anyone else been having a kind of scratchy throat? Its pretty subtle... Kind of you dont notice it until you swallow something or drink a protein drink. Just once in awhile. Its weird. Also just wondering If I am the only looney person who has taken big bites of something just for taste and then of course you cant swallow it and then have to neatly place your mouth full into a napkin. yeah the ol' chomp and spit Yeah I know issues. Just wondering if I am the only person that has done this. Its not all the time but sometimes I just want to taste! those tiny bites (though of course I do them and swallow like normal) are just so small I know its an issue to get over and dont really do it that much but wanted to know if I am alone in this Elizabeth M -42!!

I actually forget I had surgery. The other day my DH put a normal sized plate out for me at the table and I put a normal sized helping of mac n cheese on it! Like I could really eat that! The small plate sure helps me. I have been lucky in being able to take medium sized bites rather than the tiny ones. The only problem is that a meal is now 4 bites! Joy

Hi Elizabeth...I am not to sure 'bout that scratchy throat however I do know I have strept throat..I hope you didn't catch it over the puter ... na but I know it is going around. You are not the only one who has done the chew and spit thing. I have not done it yet but once I get some chocolate cake I just may LOL. Bethy
